WE RECOMMEND A BARBELL, WEIGHT PLATES, KETTLEBELLS OR DUMBBELLS. SANDBAGS, BOXS AND BANDS ARE ALSO A GREAT ADDITION. WE CAN ADJUST PROGRAMMES IF YOU HAVE LIMITED EQUIPMENT BUT FOR THE BEST RESULTS WE RECOMMEND THE KIT ABOVE.
